Viscella Richards, a British actress, was discovered dead in her Trinidad home
At what looks to have been a theft, British actress Viscella Richards, better known by her stage name Vikki Richards, was found dead at the age of 79 on Wednesday with her hands bound at her Caribbean house in North Valsyn, Trinidad.
The retired actress was discovered, according to the Sun on Friday, by a friend who started to worry after she hadn’t heard from Richards since Tuesday night.

The friend eventually found Richards’ body while investigating the house after arriving at her residence, finding the gate closed and the front door ajar.
When she was located, no additional signs of violence were found on her body, according to local officials.
Vikki became well-known for her supporting performance in the British blaxploitation movie Black Snake (1973). Her previous film credits are from the 1971 Onedin Line and the 1969 The Love Factor.

Because of her early-stage dementia, Viscella’s cousin expressed concerns about her safety, which prompted plans for further help. “Yes, we were concerned about her safety because we were getting things in place to get somebody to stay with her as her illness progressed,” The cousin admitted.
The cousin continued, honoring Viscella, saying, “We have lots of memories to talk about, but too much to mention.”

“She was a very social, outgoing, and outspoken person.”
Her death is still being investigated, and the location has been blocked off to allow for more investigation.
