US Elections: Biden criticized Donald Trump verbally
During Thursday’s State of the Union address, US President Joe Biden verbally attacked his “dangerous” opponent in the election, Donald Trump, while also presenting a creative speech in support of his bid for four more years in office.
From the outset, Biden launched a verbal assault on the Republican, accusing Trump of “bowling down” to Russian President Vladimir Putin and criticizing him on issues ranging from the economy to abortion.

He declared, “Freedom and democracy have not been under attack at home since President Lincoln and the Civil War.” “The fact that freedom and democracy are being attacked both domestically and internationally is what makes this moment unique.”
During the State of the Union address, Biden criticized Trump 13 times as simply “my predecessor,” despite the fact that his rhetorical assault has been called the most pointed attacks on an opponent in presidential history.

Trump recently declared, to applause from Democrats, that the US was “bowling down to a Russian leader” and questioned the US’s commitment to NATO.
Prior to the election in November, Biden had a rare opportunity to present his case for reelection in front of his closest political rivals and allies as well as a nationwide TV audience consisting of millions of voters, during the yearly set-piece presidential speech.
