Protesters: “#EndBadGovernanceInNigeria” will not end until Tinubu complies with our demands

The demonstrators have declared that they will not stop unless President Bola Tinubu accedes to their demands.

They demanded that the president take the appropriate action, failing which the protests will be promptly called off.

Speaking to reporters in Abuja, Damilare Adenola, the Director of Mobilization for the Take It Back Movement, bemoaned the length of time the oppression had continued under the president’s direction.

He said, “The various court orders restricting protesters to particular locations are an aberration.

”Our presence here today is an announcement that we have been oppressed for too long.

“Today, we have risen. We saying to the president that unless President Bola Tinubu accede to our demands we will remain on the streets. We want to see the president on the street. During the protest, he was on the street.”

Ayoola Babalola, a prominent figure in the Take It Back Movement, expressed that the demonstration of force surrounding the Moshood Abiola premises is a source of shame for the country.

He promised not to back down from demonstrators.
