The CJ claims that this is in accordance with Order 46, Rule 4(d) of the 2019 Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules.
He further stated that the Court will reconvene on Monday, September 16, 2024.
In order for the judges to “enjoy their well-deserved rest and to prepare for the tasks and activities of the New Legal year,” Justice Tsoho clarified that the vacation is essential.

While Justices A. T. Mohammed and P. M. Ayua would be in Port Harcourt to handle legal matters, Justices Akintayo Aluko and Isaac Dipeol will be ready to conduct cases in Lagos.
