Naira abuse: EFCC and Cubana Chief Priest to reach an out-of-court settlement
According to The Nation Newspaper, an agreement has been struck between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and famous bartender Pascal Okechukwu, also referred to as Cubana Chief Priest, to settle the currency abuse case outside of court.
The settlement reached outside of court was revealed when the cases were reopened on Thursday.

Judge Kehinde Ogundare heard the case of Cubana Chief Priest, who was charged with three counts of misusing national currency during a social event.
The Central Bank Act of 2007 is broken by these acts.
