Amuneke applies for the coaching position with the Super Eagles that is vacant
Emmanuel Amuneke, a former player from Nigeria, has applied to be the manager of the Super Eagles.
Following the expiration of former handler Jose Peseiro’s contract, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) announced on Friday that the position was vacant and invited applications from qualified local and foreign coaches. This information is reported by TheNewsGuru.com.

The NFF posted the qualifications and invited prospective coaches to apply for the top position.
“I did apply to be the next manager,” Amuneke said in an interview with well-known reporter Osazu Obayiwana.
The former Barcelona player has previously managed Tanzania’s national team and Nigeria’s U-17 team.
